PTFE Micronized Powder

PTFE (PolyTetraFluoroEthylene) is a dry lubricant, free flowing, micronized powder. PTFE powder is white in colour, has high brightness and can be used as an additive in a wide range of lubricants and release coatings.

PTFE powders are specially developed for use as additives in other materials. The micronized PTFE, due to its characteristic properties such as wear and abrasion resistance, low friction coefficient, flame retarding properties, heat resistance, insolubility and tensile strength its used as additive in a wide range of applications such as inks, paints, thermoplastics, thermosets, coatings, grease & lubricants, and elastomers.

PTFE is ideal additive for high performance polymers that operate under extreme conditions of temperature, pressure and harsh environment. PTFE is also very useful additive in a wide range of lubricants and release coatings.
