Pumps suitable for Single Line Systems
Series C15B18 24VDC Pump
The 24VDC Pump is suitable for use in harsh conditions and has an IP55 protection rating. Radially-fitted pump elements are operated by an eccentric wheel, which are driven by a geared motor.
The lubricant reservoir is a transparent tank 5, 8 or 10 liters capacity. A rotating blade, in conjunction with the eccentric wheel or a follower plate, facilitate suction of the lubricant even with high viscosity greases (NLGI 2). The support on the central body in aluminium enables wall mounting of the unit. Located on the central body is a grease filter (150 μm), dedicated to filling of grease in the tank. The electrical parts are in the bottom of the unit, protected by a strong plastic cover.
The unit can be ordered in the standard Yellow colour or in grey (RAL7035). To order the grey version add the suffix /C1 to the SKU.
A magnetic low-level indicator for grease or a capacitive low-level indicator for oil is included.
